As Taiwan enters a super-aged society, the Yang Sheng Foundation launched the “Active Aging Festival.”
Through this documentary, the project highlights respect, understanding, and appreciation for diverse life experiences—fostering true inclusion. It brings youth and seniors together to explore challenges in nutrition, exercise, cognition, and social connection, and to co-create shared visions for living, learning, and aging well.

After aligning with the project’s goals, we structured the film around multi-perspective interviews, interwoven with footage of workshops, intergenerational interaction, and caregiving training—guiding viewers through the initiative’s purpose.
Firsthand reflections from youth convey the impact of co-creation across generations, while insights from experts highlight the importance of an aging society—extending the message and amplifying its impact.
