Located near Keelung Port, the Dawulun Industrial Park once played a vital role in supporting Taiwan’s infrastructure during a period of rapid industrial and trade growth.
As the economy shifted, it faced challenges such as declining orders and population outflow. Through this film, the park seeks to raise awareness among local communities and the wider public about the urgent need for industrial revitalization.

Interweaving Interviews with Street Scenes
為了寫下基隆人與產業的故事，我們實際走訪多家大武崙工業區內在地業者，透過訪談、大量素材的拍攝，傾聽在地人們訴說他們眼中的基隆，以及各行各業的興衰變化。
To reach a wider audience, we adopted a “dynamic magazine” style, making the visuals more engaging and transforming the typically rigid industrial topic into an easily digestible, eye-catching format. By combining interviews with local scenery and real business operations, the storytelling becomes approachable and relatable—avoiding traditional industry-focused messaging and instead creating an empathetic, human-centered narrative.
