Taipei Fashion Week Tea Gift Box

Created for Taipei Fashion Week AW26, this bespoke tea gift box is a collaboration between French pâtisserie brand MANO MANO and century-old tea expert Taiwan Tea Corporation.

Guided by the concept “Fashion Begins with People,” the packaging design focuses on the moment of interaction, shaping an unboxing experience that evokes the anticipation and excitement of a runway reveal.

SCOPE OF WORK 專案內容

Inspired by the language of the fashion runway, the design pays tribute to the moment when individuals first engage with fashion—through touch, observation, and the act of unwrapping. It is within this interaction that the perception and meaning of fashion begin to take shape.

Drawing from elements such as textiles, wrapping paper, labels, and ribbons, these details are reinterpreted into the core visual identity of the gift box. By translating familiar cues from the fashion industry into packaging, the design embeds a distinct fashion context into the object itself.

The main box features UV printing to achieve a fabric-like sheen and layered visual depth on a flat surface. The wrapping paper is crafted from eco-friendly Finnish paper, offering a warm tactile quality with refined flexibility.

The overall design is executed with restraint and precision, delivering a subtle yet sophisticated sense of quality.
