Engineered for both utility and leisure, the Maxsym 400 offers superior road rights, ample storage, and exceptional two-up comfort. It balances an understated, mature aesthetic with effortless handling, delivering a refined and comfortable riding experience for the modern urban traveler.

The front fascia harmonizes a two-position adjustable windscreen with a minimalist aesthetic, using multi-layered geometries to balance mechanical airflow with visual elegance. Metallic accents and high-tech LED lighting create a confident, commanding presence.

 

Attention to detail—from the embossed leather-stitch textures to the gradient patterns on the center tunnel—reflects a sophisticated blend of luxury and industrial precision.

 

To achieve the complex geometric gradients trending in automotive styling, our digital modeling team moved beyond traditional surfacing. We utilized computational design workflows within Autodesk Alias to create a parametric array of tetrapod-inspired elements that transition seamlessly across the vehicle’s side panels.

 

This algorithmic approach ensured the pattern remained true to the original vision while optimizing production feasibility. By replacing manual modeling with efficient digital logic, we delivered a sophisticated, mass-production-ready aesthetic within a condensed development timeline.

 

Following initial 3D scanning, our engineering team conducts a systematic review of patents, safety regulations, ergonomics, and manufacturability. Leveraging our extensive multi-segment development experience with SYM, we bridge the gap between visionary design and industrial reality.

To enhance the visual depth of minimalist forms, we applied diverse mold-texturing (etching) techniques to internal black polypropylene (P.P.) components. This cost-effective and high-efficiency process transforms standard plastic into a premium, tactile experience.

  • Glovebox: High-fidelity leather grain with simulated stitching for a luxury "boutique" feel.
