Bespoke Gifting (島嶼共脈茶禮盒)

Under the theme "Shared Ridges," we harmonized Taiwanese and Japanese mountain forms into a unique gifting experience. By redefining the traditional tea gift as a cultural bridge, this collection offers international VIPs a deeper understanding of Taiwan. It is more than a gift; it is a sincere gesture of heritage and hope on the global stage.

The gift set features a dual-layer sleeve and drawer structure. The outer sleeve artfully merges the silhouettes of Mount Fuji and the four mountain ranges surrounding Taiwan’s Sun Moon Lake (reflecting the Sun Moon Lake black tea contained within). This composition symbolizes the geographical and emotional bond between Taiwan and Japan.

Embossed upon these ridges are the phonetic transcriptions "LÂI LIMTÊ" and "OCHASHIYO"—the inviting phrases for "Let’s have tea!" in Taiwanese and Japanese—conveying an immediate sense of hospitality and goodwill.

As the inner box is drawn out, a dynamic visual transition occurs: the mountain and sea motifs gracefully transform into a "hand offering tea." This choreographed movement symbolizes the act of connecting two nations through a single cup, turning a simple unboxing into a warm, heartfelt ritual of friendship and cultural exchange.

We selected German Matisse paper and Swedish cotton cardstock for their exquisite texture and warm tactile quality. By integrating bespoke hot stamping and screen printing, we layered different techniques to build a rich, nuanced visual hierarchy, reflecting the premium nature of this cultural gift.
