Taking the aroma emitted during the tea-roasting process as a creative starting point, Tea Tipsy addresses the modern need for stress relief and emotional well-being.
Unlike conventional essential oils or scented candles, Tea Tipsy repurposes discarded natural materials from the tea-making process as its fragrance core. Through innovative design and rigorous experimentation, we identified the optimal material composition and form to maximize the tea’s natural aromatic properties. This approach not only reduces agricultural waste but also creates significant economic value for tea byproducts, earning the project a prestigious iF Design Award.
